Session 1 & 2 : Identifying the stressors

Examining your thoughts on stressful situations abroad, including work-related stressors, cultural differences, uncertainties, or homesickness, without suppressing any thoughts.

Session 3 & 4: Acknowledging and understanding the stressors

Recognizing and understanding the root causes of stress is crucial for effective stress management, and provides insights for better overall well-being living abroad.

Session 5 & 6: Challenging the stressors

Challenging and replacing negative thoughts, explore opportunities to address the root causes of stress, and categorize concerns for prioritization and focus.
